Khasta Roti with Almond Flour

Khasta roti is a type of unleavened flatbread popular in many parts of India.

It is not as popular like Tandoori roti, Naan & Roomali roti.

It is made with whole wheat flour normally.

We are replacing it with almond flour for health benefits due to the 0 glycemic index of almonds, ghee, and spices, and it is often served with curries or other dishes.

Almond Benefits for Diabetes

It is also sometimes called Keto Almond Roti or keto-friendly chapati.

These flaky and crisp flatbreads are perfect for serving with curry or dal. You can also have them plain with pickles or yogurt on the side.

Additionally, khasta roti is low in calories and fat, making it a healthy option for those watching their weight.
